Eusebio Fernandez, Jr.

Eusebio Fernandez, Jr. passed away on January 19, 2020 at the age of 56.  He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be dearly missed by all whom knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Fernandez; father, Eusebio Fernandez, Sr.; brother, Jesus Fernandez; sister, Maria De Leon; and maternal grandmother, Columba C. De Leon.

Eusebio leaves his memory to be cherished by his daughter, Laura Fernandez; one grandson; mother, Leandra Cortez; step father, Falcon Rivera; siblings, Alma Chavez (Ricardo Sanchez), Ismael D. (Genevieve) Fernandez, and Ruben Fernandez (San Juana Velez); and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will receive condolences from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port; with a rosary to be recited at 1:00 PM.  Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
