Herminia "Mine" Gonzalez

We are deeply saddened that Herminia “Mine” Gonzalez, our beautiful devoted loving wife, mother, endearing grandmother, passed away at the age of 74 peacefully at her home on August 28, 2020 with her family by her side.  She was the most unselfish and strong-willed woman we have ever known.  As a wonderful homemaker, Mom loved to cook and bake.  She was always ready to make her famous meals and serve hand and foot for everyone on any occasion.  She would not take no for an answer.  She was a very loving person and had an unforgettable beautiful smile. Most of all, she loved Jehovah God and her family.  She instilled strong moral values in her family.  She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Gonzalez; sisters, Elida Yracheta and Eloisa Alvares; and brother, Amado Munoz. Left behind to cherish Herminia's memory are her husband, Ezequiel Gonzalez Sr.; children, Belinda Gonzalez Rojas, Margarita Gonzalez (Dave) Castillo, Christina Gonzalez (Andrew III) Garza, and Zeke (Monica H.) Gonzalez Jr.; grandchildren, Stephen Isaac (Tracy T.) Rojas, Matthew Isaac Gomez, and Anyssa Johnson; brothers, Antonio Munoz, Arturo Munoz, and Alfredo Munoz Jr.; sisters, Eledbia Garcia, Tomasa Rodriguez, Olga Espinosa, Elvia Trevino, and Herlinda Martinez; and numerous extended family and friends. No services are planned at this time.
