Alfredo Salinas

Alfredo “Freddy” Salinas 51, of Alice, Texas passed away on January 11, peacefully surrounded by his family. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend. Freddy was an avid Cowboy fan! He loved to spend time with family and friends. He loved to play poker. Freddy was a beautiful person inside and out. He touched infinite lives with his acts of kindness. He will be greatly missed by many. Alfredo is preceded in death by his parents who raised him; Jesus and Herminia Salinas; his biological mother Olga J. Perez; Aunt Elvira R. Gonzales, and an infant nephew, Kolbe Thaddeus Lozano. Survivors left to cherish his memory include 3 sisters; Angelica Lozano (Lawrence) of Alice, Betty Jo Perez of San Diego, and Luisa G. Vega; two nieces, Jamisha Aguayo (Jose Godines) of Alice and Jakisha Aguayo (Joshua Garza) of San Diego; two great nieces, Jea’Nyah Michellah and Jez’Mariah Nalani Garza of San Diego; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, January 19, 2018, at Treviño Funeral Home, 120 E. Front St., from 5 to 9 PM; with a Prayer service to be held in his memory at 7 PM.
