Alicia Trevino Navarro

Alicia Treviño Navarro passed away on August 28, 2019 at the age of 74. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all whom knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ynez and Elvira Treviño; brothers, Eleazar Treviño and Rudy Treviño; and her sister, Juanita Castañeda.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Danny Navarro, Eugene (Grace) Navarro, Simon Navarro, Jr. (Mona Perez), and Elia (Andy) Villarreal; grandchildren, Ashley Navarro, Eugene (Andrea) Navarro, Jr., Changa Navarro (Markeith Smith), Trista Navarro, Larysa Navarro, Simon (Stephanie) Navarro, III, Miranda Navarro, Joshua Navarro, Mark Perez, Andrea Perez, Alysha (Matthew) Quenga, Jezebelle Alexis Villarreal, and Jacob Andrew Villarreal; twenty great-grandchildren; sisters, Aurora Zamora, Gloria C. (Andrew) Navarro, and Sulema Trujillo; brother, Ynez Trevino, Jr.; special friends, Blanca Moreno and Mindy Ramirez; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A special thanks to Dr. Jude, Dr. Jifi, Dr. Pacheco, The Fresenius Dialysis Center, and the Christus Spohn Shoreline Nursing Staff for the special care and attention they gave our mom in her time of need.

The family will receive condolences from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, August 30, 2019, at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port Ave.; with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A chapel service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 31, 2019, at Treviño Funeral Home. Rite of committal and interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
