Antonio Mercedes Benavides

Antonio Mercedes Benavides passed away on April 18, 2021 at the age of 82.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.  He will be dearly missed by all whom knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Florentino Benavides Sr. and Margarita Luna; and siblings, Arnoldo G. (Hilda) Luna, Arnulfo (Dora) Luna, and Armando Luna. Left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 63 years, Sylvia M. Benavides; children, Antonio Benavides Jr, Roberto (Irma) Benavides, Daniel (Marisia) Benavides, and Mary Gilliam; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and siblings, Florentino Benavides Jr, Amalia (Guadalupe) Morin, Adelita G.
