Armando Carreon Ramirez

Armando Carreon Ramirez passed away on July 22, 2017 at the age of 68. He volunteered to serve his country proudly in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his mother, Guadalupe Carreon Ramirez; paternal grandparents, Reynaldo C. and Virginia Cantu Ramirez; maternal grandparents, Jesus and Rafaela Carreon Garcia; and his sister, Jeanette Ramirez. Armando was survived by his daughter, Amanda (Brandon) Bowman; son, Armando (Yvonne) Ramirez, II; sister, Yvonne (Robert) Aguilar; grandchildren, Lance Parsley, Cezzane, Shahsavandy, Diego, Sebastian, Isiah Ramirez; great-grandchildren, Mikah Parsley and Shamir Parsley; niece, Hannah Aguilar; nephew, Joseph Aguilar.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port St. from 8-11 in the morning; where a Holy Rosary will be recited at 10. Funeral cortege will depart the funeral chapel at 11:00 am to Christ the King Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 am. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 1 pm.
