Arnoldo A. Adame, age 82, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015. Arnoldo was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He retired as a Teacher, Business man, and Rancher; he served in the US Army during the Korean War Era. He loved literature, Art, and Music. He was an avid hunter and he loved his cattle and horses. Arnoldo was active in the FFA, was an Eagle Scout; and was a huge history buff. He earned his bachelors and masters from Texas A&I. He will be dearly missed. He is proceeded in death by parents, Santana and Romana Adame; sister, Edna (Mike) Rios; Eliza (Homero) Lopez, Emma Adame; brother, Robert Adame; parents-in-law, Alfredo S. and Andrea C. Garza. He survived by his wife of 53 years, Dora Adame. Arnoldo also leaves behind his loving son, Arnold A. (Lou Anna) Adame; grandson, Brandon C. Garcia; brother, Santana Adame Jr.; sister, Elvira (Eugenio) Leyba; sister in laws, Elodia G. (Amancio) Perez, Irma G. (Manuel) Esparza, Maria Elda Carrasco, Maria Sylvia De Leon; brothers-in-law, Alfredo (Bodie) Garza Jr., David (Nora) Garza, Jose Rene (Julie) Garza; and numerous nephews and nieces. The family will be receiving friends starting at 10 am at Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church on Saturday, October 24, 2015; Holy Rosary to be recited at 11 am, and Rites of Christian burial to be held at 2 pm. Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery in Kingsville, Texas. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Saint Elizabeth Catholic School. Services under the direction of Jaime Treviño.
