Heaven gained an angel on December 4, 2016. Our beloved Ashley Marie Lopez, age 29, has gone to be with God after a long illness in Corpus Christi, TX. Ashley was born on March 4, 1987 in San Diego, TX to Lucas and Sofia Lopez. Ashley was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul who enjoyed music and spending time with her family. She is survived by her father, Lucas Lopez Sr., of San Diego; her mother, Sofia Navejar Lopez, and stepfather, Robert Medellin, of Alice; brothers, Lucas Lopez Jr., Luis Daniel Lopez, and Jim Roy Lopez; nephews, Luis Lopez, Lucas Lopez lll, and Jim Lopez ll; nieces, Lorena Lopez, Kayla Lopez, Shyanna Lopez, Lekzi Lopez, Lani Lopez, Marina Lopez, and Jimeena Lopez; friends, aunts and uncles.
