Benito Gonzalez

Benito Gonzalez passed away on May 26, 2019 at the age of 85. He was a loving father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, and friend. Benito will be missed by all whom knew and loved him.

Benito is preceded in death by his wife, Josefa Gonzalez; son, Benito Gonzalez, Jr.; family, Petra Gonzalez, Mauricio Gonzalez, Mary Gonzalez, Rachel Gonzalez, Olivia Rodriguez, Hisaias Gonzales, Tomas Gonzalez, Mauricio Gonzalez, Jr., Cecilio Gonzalez, Sara Renteria, and Vivia Gonzalez.

Among those left to cherish Benito’s memory are his children, Alicia (Jose), Diana (Jimmy), Esther, Joe, Arthur, and Angelica; sisters, Rosa Treviño, and Ester (Dave) Davis; 25 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, May 30, 2019, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port, Corpus Christi, TX; with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. A rite of committal and interment will take place at 11:30 AM on Friday, May 31, 2019 at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
