Bertina Gomez Galvan

Bertina Gomez Galvan, age 75, passed away on August 25, 2013. She is preceded in death by her son, Rogelio Davila Jr.; grandson, Rogelio Davila III; parents, Jose and Leandra Gomez; brothers, Hermenio Gomez, Benito Gomez, Ramiro Gomez. Bertina leaves behind her loving granddaughter, Christina Davila; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters; Josefina Torrez, Jesusa Sanchez, Dolores Trevino, Hermalinda Trevino, and Velma Ochoa; and numerous nephews and nieces. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at Christ the King at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 29, 2013; cremation will follow. Burial of her cremains will then take place at Descanso Eterno on Friday, August 30, 2013 at 11:00 am.
