Brianna Emerald Benavidez

Brianna Emerald Benavidez passed away on March 5, 2021 at the young age of 22. She was born on November 20, 1998 to Priscilla Benavidez of Corpus Christi, TX.

Brianna was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend to all. Brianna will always be remembered for her contagious laugh, beautiful smile, her love of family especially the littles ones, her artwork, and her love of life. She will be dearly missed by all whom knew and loved her.

Brianna is survived by her mother, Priscilla Benavidez; brother, Zackary Benavidez; sister, Carlie Mangus; step-sister, Brett Chartrand; step-brother, Parker Mangus; grandparents, Pedro & Norma Benavidez; great-grandfather Fidencio Garcia; aunts, Patricia Cruz (Oscar), Paula Benavidez, RosaLynda Berrios (Antonio); cousins, Adrianna Cruz, Miguel Cruz, Anthony Rodriguez, Victoria Rodriguez, Christopher Berrios, Gabriella Berrios, Sofia Berrios, Christian Berrios, and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, March 12, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port; with a rosary to be recited at 1:30 PM. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.

Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are Zackary Benavidez, Miguel Cruz, Parker Mangus, Anthony Rodriguez, Gilbert Cuellar, Fidencio Garcia, Daniel Gomez, and Gilbert Garcia.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
