Carlos Eduardo Davila Sr

Carlos Eduardo Davila Sr. passed away peacefully on April 4, 2024.

He is survived by his children, Desiree Biles (Quentin), Guadalupe-Antonio Davila (Destiny), Angelina Davila, and Kristine Davila; as well as his six grandchildren. He also leaves behind his siblings, Guadalupe R Davila III, Daniel Davila Sr. (Jenny), and Maria Davila, and several nieces and nephews who will all miss him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his father, Guadalupe R. Davila Jr.; his mother, Angie Davila; and his son,Carlos Eduardo Davila Jr.

Carlos was a sports fan and enjoyed watching football, especially the Dallas Cowboys. He liked throwing out his fishing pole and strolling along the sand with his metal detector looking for rare coins.

Carlos also struggled many years with depression and anxiety. He unfortunately turned to prescription drugs to help with his pain. We, the family, ask if you yourself are battling your own struggles, do not be afraid to ask for help. You are not alone.

Carlos’ memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port Ave.; with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 PM. Services will conclude that evening.
