Carole Anne Rehling Stalla of Corpus Christi passed away peacefully on July 9, 2020 at the age of 77. Carole was born September 12, 1942 in Chicago, IL to Harold and Evangeline (Samuels) Rehling. As a young woman she worked as a key punch operator in Chicago. After raising her family, Carole went back to school and earned her Certified Nursing Assistant diploma from Tampa College. She recounted fond memories of fishing in Canada, walks along the shores of Lake Michigan, and family trips to CA, WY, and Germany. She had life-long passions of tending to houseplants, baking, and indulging in sweet treats. She had a fondness for all animals and loved many dogs and cats during her life. She was blessed by home visits from her LDS church missionaries and friends. Carole deeply loved her family and cherished every moment with her grandsons and great-grandsons.
Carole is preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Arthur Stalla. She will be missed by all whom knew and loved her. She is survived by her sister, Karen Stalla; son, Michael Rada; daughter, Maria (Michael) Dimick; grandsons, Kirk Bourland and Eric Dimick; great-grandsons, Johnathan Wells and Oliver Bourland; aunt, Marion Pickarski; and cousins.
