Constantino Garza, Jr.

Constantino Garza Jr., age 87, passed away on March 13, 2014.

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was in the US Army for over 30 years as a Chief Warrant Officer (CW4). He loved to read and travel. He will be dearly missed.

Constantino is preceded in death by his parents, Constantino and Fabricia Garza; brother, Faustino Garza; sister, Constanza Rodriguez; brother-in–law, Ramon Rodriguez.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 58 years, Ana Maria Garza; children, Constantino (Lori) Garza III; Diana (James) Gonzales; Edward (Amy) Garza; 5 grandchildren, James Gonzales, Eric Gonzales, Analysa Gonzales, Amber Garza, Edward Garza; sister-in-law, Artemisia Garza; and numerous nephews and nieces.

The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Sunday, March 16, 2014 from 3 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6 pm. A funeral chapel service will be held at Trevino Funeral Home on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 10 am; interment will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
