Cristelia Rodriguez Naranjo

Cristelia Rodriguez Naranjo, age 77, passed away on April 6, 2013 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on November 25, 1935 in Beeville, Texas to Raymundo and Otelia Rodriguez. Cristelia will be remembered as a caring and loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed Bingo, dancing and social activities with relatives and friends. She was full of life and wonderful stories; she was always the first in line to hit the piñata at a party. Cristelia left us with a strong family bond and good values. She will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her father, Raymundo Rodriguez; mother, Otelia Rodriguez; sisters, Sofia and Dolores Rodriguez; and brother, Raymundo Rodriguez Jr. Cristelia will live on through her loving husband, Jose V. Naranjo; sons, Jose Armando (Marisela) Naranjo, Antonio Naranjo, Rene (Marisela) Naranjo; daughters, Margarita Naranjo, Alicia (Rodney) Conrad, Ida (Osbaldo) Limon, Alma Naranjo, and Maria (Daniel) Treviño; 19 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren; four brothers; and two sisters. The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10:00 am; interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
