Cristoval "Chito" Bonifacio Ybarra

Cristoval “Chito” Bonifacio Ybarra, gained his wings and entered eternal life on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at the age of 52.  He was born on December 19, 1969 to Roberto G. Ybarra and Maria Olga Ybarra in Corpus Christi, Texas.  He was a father of two loving wonderful children, a grandfather, brother, uncle, and a good friend to all he met.  Cristoval will be dearly missed by all his family, friends and to all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roberto G. Ybarra and Maria Olga Ybarra; sister, Janie Garcia; and nieces, Jennifer Dawn Longoria and Mariana Lynn Leal.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Andrea Celeste Gomez; son, Symon Ubence Ybarra; sisters, Marthaymelda Martinez, Angie Sanchez (Robert), Maria Olga Ybarra Perez; brother, Roberto Ybarra, Jr. (Eva Marie); grandchild, Maia Belle Ybarra; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The celebration of life commemorating “Chito” will be held at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. on Saturday, October 1, 2022.  A private viewing for the immediate family will be held from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. The family will receive condolences from family and friends from 5:00 to 9:00p.m. with a eulogy at 6:00 p.m. the same evening. Memorial services will conclude that evening.
