Daniel Cortez Jr.

Daniel Cortez, Jr., beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on August 27, 2021 at the age of 43. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Left behind to cherish Daniel’s memory are his wife of 15 years, Veronica Cortez; son, Daniel III; daughter, Danyka; father, Daniel Cortez, Sr.; mother, Luisa Cortez; sister, Cindy; brother, Ray; his dog, Violet; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Rose Hill Memorial Park, 2731 Comanche St., Corpus Christi, TX.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
