Daniel Jason Schramm

Daniel Jason Schramm, age 26, passed away on October 25, 2014. He is preceded in death by his brother, Luke Anthony Schramm, maternal grandparents, Charles H. and Anna L. Lewis. Daniel leaves behind his loving parents, Thomas D. and Angela L. Schramm; sister, Anna (Tyler) Clements; nephews and niece, Joshua Rausch, Jennifer Clements, William Clements; paternal grandparents, Merle Schramm, Audrey Schramm; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara @ Port for memorial visitation at 1 pm and a Prayer service will be held at 3 pm.
