David Arnold Ritchey
David Ritchey (my sweet brother) went to be with the Lord Sunday, September 30, 2018.
David was a loving and caring brother, brother-in-law, uncle and cousin.
He always had a smile and very caring spirit. As the only surviving sibling my heart aches and is very painful, at this time. Only my God can give me the strength and peace to get through this terrible loss. In the past six years we have become very close along with my husband, Virgil Bailey.
My brother has always tried to help us in whatever we needed, he was a very kind brother.
David will be missed by all his family and friends very much.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Bennie Ritchey; mother, Bernice Ritchey; brother, Kenneth Ritchey; and sister, Doris Jones.
David is survived by his niece, Kim Price and her son, Riley Glahn; nieces, Vicky Greer, Dawn Poff, Chrystal Bailey Talbott, Jana Griffin, and Chrisie Kaercher; nephews, Mark Houser and Keith Pietzsch, Jr.; and many cousins whom he loved dearly.
Interment will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.
