Dolores Salazar

Dolores Marie Salazar passed away on October 15, 2019 at the age of 36.  She was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend.  Dolores was a die-hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all whom knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Omar Salazar; aunts, Hermelinda Salazar and Debbie Gutierrez; uncle, Alex Gutierrez, Jr.; and cousins, Christopher Garcia, Daniel Trevino, Jaime Salazar, Johnny Salazar, and Tina Rodriguez.

Among those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Mario and Sandra Salazar; maternal grandparents, Alejos and Dolores Gutierrez; paternal grandmother, Juanita Salazar; sisters, Elizabeth Salazar and Rachel Salazar; brothers, Mario Salazar, Jr. and Marco Salazar; 19 nieces and nephews; two great-nieces; her fur babies, Thor, Wanda, and Natasha; and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM.
