Dora Garza Adame

Dora Garza Adame entered eternal rest on January 11, 2026.

She was born in Berclair, Texas, to Alfredo Garza Sr., and Andrea Contreras Garza.

Dora married Arnoldo A. Adame on August 19, 1962. She was a business owner since 1965. She was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, serving with the Catholic Daughters of America and the Altar and Rosary Society.

Dora is preceded in death by her husband Arnoldo Adame; her parents, Alfredo and Andrea C. Garza Sr.; her brothers, Alfredo Garza Jr., and David Garza; her sisters, infante Sylvia Garza, and Elodia (Amancio) Perez; and her daughter-in-law, LouAnna Garcia-Adame.

She is survived by her son, Arnold Alexander Adame Jr.; her sisters, Irma G. (Manuel) Esparza, Elda Carrasco and Sylvia DeLeon; her brother, Jose Rene (Julie) Garza; her sisters-in-law, Bodie Garza and Nora Garza; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The Holy Rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM, followed by Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at St Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 603 E. Fifth St., Alice, Tx. Inurnment will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery, 735 W. Caesar Ave., Kingsville, Tx.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Elizabeth Catholic School in Alice, Texas.
