Dora De Leon

Aurora “Dora” Deleon passed away at home on Monday, April 3, 2017 at the age of 84. Dora was born on October 2, 1932 in Woodsboro, Texas to Guadalupe and Luciano Sarmiento.

Dora is preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers; 4 sisters; 2 sons;1 daughter, and 1 grandson. She is survived and will be dearly missed by her husband of 53 years Ruben Deleon Sr.,; sister, Adelfa Sarmiento; Sons, Robert (Diana Linan) De Leon, Daniel De Leon, and Ruben (Melissa) Ayala all from Corpus Christi; Daughters, Rosie Silva from California, Guadalupe (Tomas) Navarro, and Juana Medina all of Corpus Christi, Texas. Dora was also very blessed with 24 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and family that loved her very much.

Visitation will be held from 5pm-9pm on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7pm.
