Eduvina Ochoa Ortiz

Eduvina Ochoa Ortiz, age 78, passed away on December 13, 2015, after a courageous seven year battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her parents, nine brothers, and sisters. Eduvina leaves behind her loving husband of 60 years, Nasario Ortiz, Sr.; children, Dora (Rogelio) Leal, Nasario (Rachel) Ortiz, Isaac (Iliana) Ortiz, Narciso (Linda) Ortiz; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, December 17, 2015 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 pm, that same evening. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Friday, December 18, 2015, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church; burial will follow at 12 pm at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
