Elias Garcia

Elias Garcia Jr., age 60, passed away on April 24, 2013. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He was a Sr. Chief Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy for 23 years. He will be dearly missed. Elias is preceded in death by his father, Elias Garcia; mother, Maria Garcia; and brother, Zeke Garcia. He leaves behind his loving wife of 40 years, Rosalinda Garcia, daughter, Jessica (Joshua) Pollard; son, Joseph (Melissa) Garcia; sisters, Mary Garza, Ester (Hector) Ortiz; 4 grandchildren, Megan Garcia, Natalie Garcia, Jacob Garcia, Brenner Pollard. The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6 pm. A funeral chapel service will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 10:00 am; internment will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
