Elma will be remembered with love by those who knew her and held a place in her life. Her passing brings deep sorrow to her family, who now carry forward her memory with affection and gratitude. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Garcia; her father, Victor Muniz; and her grandmother, Sixta San Miguel.
