Emma Guevara Rea

Emma Guevara Rea passed away on January 11, 2017 at the age of 91.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Serafin and Angelita Guevara; sisters, Lita Harville, Ida Garcia, and Delia Mathis; brothers, Eloy Guevara, Gabriel Guevara, and Serafin Guevara, Jr.

Emma is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Luis Rea; daughter, Magda (Jeffrey) Burger; son, Luis A. (Nellie) Rea; granddaughter, Roxanne C. (Aaron) Mohamed; numerous nephews and nieces.

The family will be receiving friends for a Memorial visitation on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 10am to 12pm at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port, with a Chapel service at 12pm; Inurnment will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 2pm.
