Estella Hinojosa Sanchez

Estella Hinojosa Sanchez, age 87, passed away February 3, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marin R. Sanchez; daughter, Crystella Sanchez; son-in-law, Fred Meza; sister, Antonia H. Martin; brothers: David, Jacinto, Eloy, and Amador Hinojosa; two grandsons, James Treviño and Freddie Meza; and one granddaughter, Sandra Ann Ramirez. She is survived by her companion of 30 years, Daniel Treviño; her family, daughters: Lilly Villarreal (Joseph Garza), Celia S. Ramirez (Mario), and Helen Treviño; sons: Ernest Sanchez, Sr. (Nelda), Marin H. Sanchez, and Carlos Sanchez; sisters, Safaria H. Lasater and Elodia H. Copus; brothers, Baldemar Hinojosa and Daniel Hinojosa; 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. The family will be receiving friends on Monday, February 6, 2012, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port, from 3 to 9 p.m.; with a Rosary to be recited at 7:30 p.m. that evening. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church at noon. Burial will follow at Seaside Cemetery. Pallbearers will include: Ernest H. Sanchez, Marin H. Sanchez, Carlos H. Sanchez, Ernest R. Sanchez, Jr., Daniel Treviño, and Brandon Salas.
