Esther Pulido was born on July 9, 1936, and passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026. Her life was a testament to dedication, warmth, and compassion, leaving behind a cherished legacy that touched all who knew her.
Esther was a woman who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a deep love for gardening and planting, cultivating not only her garden but also a sense of tranquility and beauty that reflected her own nurturing spirit. On days when she was not outdoors tending to her plants, she could be found engrossed in her favorite telenovelas, a pastime that brought her comfort and connection to stories full of passion and life. Her culinary skills were equally admired as Esther delighted in cooking and creating meals that gathered her family together and inspired moments of shared happiness.
Born to Jose and Florentina Coronado, Esther was the beloved wife of the late Jesus Pulido Jr. Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she took immense pride in her relationships with them. She is survived by her daughters, Maribel Pulido and Esmeralda Salazar, who carry forward her strength and devotion. Esther's love extended joyfully to her grandchildren, Miguel, Jesus, and Mario, each of whom was a source of pride and affection. Her great-grandchildren, Max Quezada and Miguel Quezada III, brought her immense joy, and her presence will be deeply missed in their lives.
Esther also leaves behind her sister, Martina Coronado Flores, who shared in the bonds of family and lifelong memories.
Her passing marks the end of a remarkable journey, but the teachings, love, and cherished moments she fostered endure in the hearts of those who loved her. Esther Pulido’s life was a garden that flourished through seasons of change, leaving a lasting impression of grace, warmth, and love.
Esther’s family will receive condolences on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St @ Port Ave, with the Holy Rosary and Liturgy of the Word to begin at 7:00 PM. Services will conclude that evening.
