Esther G. Ramirez

Esther G. Ramirez passed away peacefully with her family at her side, on May 4, 2018, at the age of 70. A long battle with kidney disease did not keep her from dedicating 20 years to the University of Houston. She had a strong faith with a loving and kind heart. Esther enjoyed spending her time with her family; she was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Esther is preceded in death by her parents, Ramon and Herminia Ramirez.

She is survived by her son, Adrian Ramirez; siblings, Paul (Juanita) Ramirez, Yolanda (Charles) Pavka, Ramon Ramirez, Guadalupe (Linda) Ramirez, Juan (Margie) Ramirez, and Minerva (Joel) Cortez; numerous nephews, nieces and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. at Port.; A liturgy of the Word and Holy Rosary will be recited at 12:00 pm. Services will conclude after the rosary.
