Esther's educational journey saw her attend college, where she embraced learning with the same vigor she applied to every aspect of her life. A jack of all trades, her work ethic was one of punctuality, respect, honesty, and professionalism. Esther picked cotton, worked the fields, served customers as a cashier, and for many years, took pride in her role as a custodian for the Mormon Church. Her tireless dedication to her various roles was a testament of determination to succeed. Quiet yet profoundly caring, Esther was known for her gentle and thoughtful nature. She possessed a remarkable talent in the kitchen, famous among family and friends for baking the best banana bread and pan de polvo. Her homemade tortillas, served with her delicious rice and beans, were the best. The holidays were a special time for Esther, as she joyously prepared tamales and menudo, continuing cherished traditions. Family gatherings, barbecues, and the simple pleasure of being surrounded by loved ones were among her favorite pastimes. Esther's faith was a cornerstone of her existence; she thanked God daily for her family's well-being and the many blessings in her life. Attentive to the needs of her family and anyone in need of help and support, she was a pillar of strength and compassion within her community.
