She was the cherished sister of Delia Ramirez, Dalia Farias, Mary Benavides, Pedro Jaramillo, Eluterio Fernandez Jr., and Johnny Fernandez. Her parents, Fabiana Martinez Fernandez and Eluterio A. Fernandez Sr., instilled in her the values of kindness and generosity that she carried throughout her life. Frances' journey led her to the love of her life, Marcelo Calderon, with whom she shared many blissful years until his passing. Left to honor Frances and remember her love are her daughters, Elizabeth Longoria, Laura Lee Lopez, and Delma Ramirez. Frances was a devoted mother whose guidance and affection shaped the lives of her children.
