Francisco Mendoza Garcia

Francisco Mendoza Garcia, Jr., age 73, passed away on June 20, 2016. He loved watching all sports which included, football, wrestling, boxing, and baseball. His passion was spending time with his grandchildren and family. Francisco will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his sister, Maria Del Rosario Rosas; parents, Francisco S. (Maria) Garcia, Sr. Francisco leaves behind his loving wife of 51 years, Francisca V. Garcia; children: Maria Cristina Garcia, Frank V. (Sandra) Garcia, III, Claudia Garcia Rosalez, Robert V. Garcia, Andres V. Garcia, Crystal V. Garcia; nine grandchildren; brothers, Arturo (Gracie) Garcia, and Alfredo Garcia. The family will be receiving friends at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara at Port on Thursday, June 23, from 9 am; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 1 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church at 2 pm, that same afternoon. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
