Gregorio Garza Morales

Gregorio Garza Morales, a beacon of joy and laughter, passed away on January 14, 2025, in Corpus Christi, TX, at the age of 71. Born on September 13, 1953, in Chicago, IL, Gregorio's life was a testament to the power of humor, kindness, and music. Gregorio was a man whose presence could light up any room. His infectious laughter and ability to make funny faces and noises brought endless joy, especially to his nieces and nephews. Gregorio's love for life was evident in his passion for playing the guitar and singing, which he shared with all who had the pleasure of listening. Despite his dislike for eating fish, Gregorio found joy in fishing with his brothers, for hours, no matter what the weather permitted. He was a free spirit, loved the outdoors and loved spending time with family. Gregorio was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco Q. Morales II and Sara G. Morales; and his sister, Margarita Morales. His memory will be honored and lovingly remembered by his siblings, Mary Soto, George Morales (Mary Alice), Celsa Morales, Eliborio Morales (Wanda), Francisco Morales III, and Anthony Morales. His legacy will also live on through the many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews who adored him. Those who knew Gregorio will remember him as a loving and kind soul, always ready to make you smile and laugh, or sing a song to brighten someone's day. As we bid farewell to Gregorio Garza Morales, we celebrate a life well-lived, full of laughter, love, and music. His spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him, and his memory will be cherished in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
