Guadalupe Soto Aleman

Guadalupe Soto Aleman passed away on August 5, 2017 at the age of 84. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt and friend. Lupe was a devout catholic who never lost her faith. She was a wonderful seamstress, and a passionate cosmetologist. Lupe loved to travel, spending time with her family, especially during the holidays. She will be dearly missed my all who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Clavio and Michaela Soto; siblings, Eufracia Garcia, Reyes Avila, Benito Soto, and Augustine Soto.

Guadalupe is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Juan R. Aleman; brothers-in-law, Valentine (Antonia) Aleman, Frank (Gloria) Aleman, Sixto (Mary) Aleman, and Edward Aleman; sister-in-law, Elida (Steve) Martinez; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, August 7, 2017 at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. at Port from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the evening; where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral cortege will depart the funeral chapel at 9:30am on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 to Christ the King Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am. A cremation will follow.
