Guadalupe Lopez Figueroa

Guadalupe Lopez Figueroa, age 77, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012. Guadalupe was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, and will be dearly missed. She was a devout Catholic attending St. Joseph, and Our Lady Pilar Catholic Church, and was always willing to help anyone in need. She joins in heaven, former husband, Pedro Ramon Figueroa; mother, Concepcion DeLa Garza Aumada; daughters, Juanita Celia Lopez, Lupita Celia Hernandez; son, Ismael Chapa, Sr.; and brother, Valentine De La Garza Aumada. She leaves behind her children, Sabrina (Santiago) Reyna, Hermalinda V. Navarro (Fidel Jimenez), Frank Richard Escobar, Juan L. Hernandez, "Jenny" San Juanita (Richard) Conrad; grandchildren, Gilberto Treviño, Jr., Jimmy J. (Julie) Reyna Jr., Tony Chapa, Barbara C. Chapa, Ismael Chapa Jr., Johnny Chapa, Joe Anthony Chapa, Angelica (Jesse) Esparza, Eloy (Valerie) Navarro Jr., Ray N. (Yolanda) Navarro, Krystal (Jose) Ramos, Frankie Escobar Jr., Concepcion Hernandez, Jesus G. Hernandez, Gabriella M. Hernandez, John D. Serrano, Samantha A. Serrano, Sela A. Garza, and Shelbie C. Clark; sister, Virginia De La Garza; brother, Rene De La Garza Aumada; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 10:00 am; burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
