Guadalupe R. Garza, Jr.

Guadalupe R. Garza, Jr. passed away on August 5, 2019 at the age of 55. His passion in life was cars. He loved racing them, working on them, just about anything to do with cars, he loved doing it. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be missed by all whom knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe R. Garza, Sr. and Guadalupe R. Garza.

Guadalupe is survived by his children, Lupe Gonzalez, Valerie Garza (John),

Guadalupe Garza, Jr., Barbara Ann (Jeanette) Juarez, and Ricky R. C. Garza; ten grandchildren; siblings, Tony (Sandra) Ortiz, Gloria (Tino) Saucedo, Gilbert (Sylvia) Garza, Ricky Garza, Stella (Joe) Mendiola, Pauline G. (Juan) Cortez, Johnny Garza, Rita Garza, and Eddie (Melinda) Garza.

The family will receive condolences from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday, August 11, 2019, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port; with a holy rosary to be recited at 6:00 pm. A chapel service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, August 12, 2019, at Trevino Funeral Home with interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
