Heather Ann Coglaiti passed away in her residence in Flour Bluff Texas after a senseless act of domestic violence on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at the young age of 33. She was a stylist at Regis Salon, an accomplished artist, an inspirational friend and most importantly a dedicated mother to her three wonderful children. Heather's personality, spirit, courage, and love could only be paled by the presence of her smile. With so many lives touched by Heather in such a short period of time, her presence will be missed. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Mark and Rose Coglaiti, Patsy Bourg Melancon and Gerald John Melancon; her father, Donald Wayne Coglaiti; four cousins, Brandy Sonier, Nicklos Frangakos, Jorrell Jackson and Scotty Sonier. Heather is survived by her mother, Dawn Ann Melancon Harris; her three children, Griffith Paco Coglaiti, Simone Ann Wilson, and Kaya Rose Wilson; grandmother, Francis Ann James; four siblings, Angelo Coglaiti, Maggie Duplantis, Damiana Nezat, Ameer Husain and Rayan Husain; five aunts, Sharon Sonier (Richard), Theresa Sullivan (Charles), Angela Altom (Brett), Tammy Davis (Glen) and Annette Poindexter and two uncles James Allen Holbert and Scott Melancon. The family invites all those who have been touched by Heather to join them for a viewing on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 11:00 with services to follow at 12:00 at Cornerstone Church located at 3409 Waldron Rd. Corpus Christi, TX.
