Ida Campos Perez

Ida Campos Perez, age 71, passed away December 18, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Palmira Campos; brothers, Joventino, Juanito, and George Campos; and sisters, Josephine Fernandez and Elda Acuña. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Pedro Perez, Sr.; sons, Pedro Jr. (Ronnie) and Martin L. Perez; sister, Anna (Joe) Rosas; grandchild, Tori Perez; niece/daughter, Mary Huerta; nephews/sons, Juan D. Barrientes, George Javier Barrientes, and Ted "Windy" Colunga; her personal caregiver for the last year and a half, great-niece, Elda Marie Huerta; and numerous nephews, nieces, brother and sisters-in-law. The family will be receiving friends at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara at Port on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 3 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 9:30 am; burial will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 11 am.
