Ignacio Vela

Ignacio Vela, age 99, passed away on January 3, 2016. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ester Cavazos Vela; sons, Antonio C. Vela, Ignacio Vela, Jr.; sister, Maria Sandoval; and brother, Cristoval Vela. Ignacio leaves behind his loving children, Maria Luisa (Exal) Vasquez, Juan C. Vela; 16 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nephews and nieces. The family will be receiving friends at Treviño Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port from 3 pm to 9 pm on Thursday, January 7, 2015; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 pm. A funeral chapel service will be held at Treviño Funeral Home on Friday, January 8, 2015 at 10 am; burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
