Irene Longoria Hernandez

Irene Longoria Hernandez, age 84, passed away on July 12, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eduardo Hernandez; sons, Alejandro Alaniz, and Johnny Alaniz. Irene leaves behind her loving children, Maria Alaniz (Hector Esquivel), Romana (Robert) Martinez, Connie (David) Perales, and Richard (Alicia) Alaniz; brothers, Israel Longoria, Gilbert Longoria, Ramon Valdez; sister, San Juanita Valdez; 18 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 from 3 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 10 am; interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
