Joe David Curiel

Joe David Curiel passed away on March 16, 2019 at the age of 62. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. Joe David proudly served his country in the U.S. Army; he will be deeply missed by all those whom knew and loved him.

Joe David was preceded in death by his parents, Cesario and Eva Curiel; nephew, Rocky Lee.

Among those left to cherish Joe David’s memory are his children, Denise Curiel (Arnulfo) Gonzales, Joe David Curiel, Jr., Beatrice Curiel, Joshua Curiel, and Priscilla Curiel; brothers, Rudy Curiel and Arnold Curiel; sister, Pat Curiel (Virgil) Gomez; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30AM on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Christ the King Catholic Church. Rite of Committal with Military Honors will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
