Jose Francisco Dominguez Ramirez, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2023, in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the age of 59. Born on October 4, 1964, in Mexico, Jose's gentle spirit and warm heart touched the lives of all who knew him. Jose's life was a testament to the power of love and the strength of family bonds. He is survived by his devoted wife, Maria Cruz Rodriguez de Dominguez, with whom he shared a life full of joy and companionship. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Lourdes Dominguez, married to Pedro Larios Quixan, and Gilberto Dominguez, who both inherited their father's kind nature and loving heart. Jose's legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren, Francis Christina Dominguez, Aleyda Thomasa Larios Dominguez, and Pedro Larios Dominguez Jr. They were the light of his life, and he took immense pride in their every achievement and milestone. His love for them was boundless, and his guidance was a cornerstone in their lives. A man of great character, Jose was known for his loving, gentle, and kind demeanor. His presence brought comfort and solace to those around him. He was a friend to many, but to Samuel Contreras, he was a brother in spirit. Their friendship was a source of strength and happiness for Jose, and the memories they created together will be treasured forever. As we say goodbye to Jose Francisco Dominguez Ramirez, we celebrate a life lived with purpose and grace. His memory will be cherished and kept alive in the stories we share and the love we continue to give in his honor. Jose’s family will receive condolences on Wednesday, January 10, 2023, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port Ave., from 10:00 AM until 1:30 PM; with a Holy Rosary and Liturgy of the Word to begin at 1:30 PM. Rite of Committal and Interment to follow at 3:00 PM.
