Jose "Canelo" C. Garcia, Sr., age 76, passed away on April 11, 2016. He is preceded in death by his wife, Esther C. Garcia. He leaves behind his sons: Jose C. Garcia Jr., Erasmo C. Garcia, Alberto C. Garcia, Rafael Ricardo (Gloria A.) Garcia Sr.; 24 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara at Port on Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 3 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6 pm. A funeral chapel service will be held at 9 am at Treviño Funeral Home on Monday, April 18, 2016. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
