Jose A. Nino, Jr.

Jose Nino, Jr. passed away on April 15, 2017 at the age of 76 with family by his side. He was a man of very few words. Most don’t know how kind and loving he was. Jose worked very hard and took pride in the work he did. He enjoyed fishing, his pets, and being outdoors. He was an amazing grandfather, when he never had to be. He gave his grandchildren knowledge, fearlessness, support, but most of all …Love. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Juanita Nino Sr.; and brother, Richard Nino.

Jose leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife of 51 years, Amelia Nino; son, Gilbert Carranza; grandchildren, Lisa Szpak, Nikkie Tanguma, Gilbert Carranza, Jr., and Joshua Carranza; great-grandchildren, Jazmine and Anessa Szpak, Matthew Jones, Gabriella Carranza, Gilbert Carranza III, and Cash Carranza; sisters, Maria Beavan, Rosario Trevino, and Grace (Joe) Hernandez; brothers, Fernando, Danny and Javier Nino; nephew, David Trevino.
