Josefina Elizondo

Josefina Elizondo, age 66, passed away on January 26, 2015. She was a loving mother, sister, friend and aunt. Josefina retired after 30 years as a nurse at Christus Spohn Memorial. She lived her life in faith, and touched the hearts of many. She will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Emilio and Teresa Elizondo; brother, Emilio Elizondo, Jr. Josefina leaves behind her loving daughter, Rebecca Alvarez; sisters, Irene Elizondo, Dalia (Edward) Garza, Emma (Ben) Chatman, Lupe (Emilio) Gonzalez; brother, Alduino (Anna) Elizondo, and Dan (Margie) Elizondo; numerous nephews and nieces. The family will be receiving friends at Treviño Funeral Home on Friday, January 30, 2015 from 3 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick Catholic Church on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 10 am; cremation will follow.
