Josephine Garcia

Josephine Garcia of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 69. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bruno and Otilia Longoria; brother, Jimmy Longoria; nephew, Jonathan Longoria; and niece, Tiffany Longoria.

Left behind to cherish Josephine’s memories are her siblings, Johnny Longoria (Gloria), Janie Ortega (Robert), JoAnn Villarreal (Ignacio), and Joe Longoria (Raquel); children, Jamie Castro, Jessica Quintero (Jose), Patrice Garcia, and Ted Garcia; grandchildren, Victoria, Liberty, Adrian, Xavier, Durina, Joey, Krystal, Raymon, Zapata, Reynaldo, and Kylee; great-grandchildren, RoyalAnn Rodriguez, Luna Rae Rodriguez, and Luciano Quintero; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port Ave.; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A Chapel Service will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Treviño Funeral Home. Services to conclude that same day.
