Lawrence "BUBBA" Short was called home on July 30, 2024. Bubba had a heart of gold and always did his best to help out in any situation. His absence will truly be felt by those who loved him. His level of respect and morals are not found in many people today. His loyalty to his friends may have been his downfall. Rest easy Bubba, I got you on this side.

A Graveside Service will be held at Tom Mathis Cemetery in Mathis, Texas, on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM. To celebrate Bubba’s new life, a balloon release will take place in his honor.
