Lou Anna Garcia-Adame

Lou Anna Garcia-Adame passed away on November 17, 2017 at the age 53 after a long hard battle with breast cancer. She was a 1982 graduate of Benavides High School and 1986 graduate of Texas A&I University. Lou Anna loved cooking in her new gourmet kitchen, reading, and family BB’Qs. She was a dedicated employee of TXDOT for 19 years. She enjoyed the simple things in life. She will always be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, sister, daughter, and daughter-in-law.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Eulogio and Raquel Garcia, and her father-in-law, Arnold A. Adame, Sr.

She is survived by her loving husband; Arnold A. Adame, Jr.; son, Brandon Cash Garcia; siblings; Kathy Brandt, Walter Brandt, Rolando Garcia (Nicole); mother-in-law, Dora G. Adame; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 5 to 9 PM, at Trevino Funeral Home, 120 E. Front St., where a Vigil for the Deceased and Holy Rosary recited at 7pm.

Funeral cortege will depart the funeral chapel at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, to St. Elizabeth Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery located at 735 W Caesar Ave, Kingsville, TX 78363

The family has requested donations be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation or St Elizabeth Church in lieu of flowers.
