Lucia Lopez Hernandez

Lucia "Hopie" Lopez Hernandez, age 62, passed away on December 13, 2012. She is preceded in death by her father, Guadalupe Almeida; mother, Petra Lopez; brothers, Librado Garza, Guadalupe Lopez, Eddie Almeida; and grandson, Christopher Lee Jordan. Hopie leaves behind her loving children, Laura (Ruben) Jordan, Lisa (Robert) Gaytan, Linda (Eli) Reyes, Jaime (Genevieve) Hernandez, Larry (Ruby) Hernandez, Crystal (John) Pereida, Ashley (Chris) Gutierrez; brothers and sisters, Jesse (Amelia) Lopez, Janie Salazar, Yolanda Lopez, Rose Simmons, Mary (Mike) Pierce, Joey (Larry) Harrison; 22 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. The family will be receiving friends for a Memorial Service at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port, on Sunday, December 16, 2012, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30 pm.
