Lydia Joann Rodriguez

Lydia JoAnn Rodriguez passed away on December 28, 2020 at the age of 40.  She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  She loved spending time with her family and will be dearly missed by all whom knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Hopie Casiano; paternal grandma, Lydia Ybarra; maternal grandpa, Cosme Charles; and grandmother-in-law, Mary Carvajal.

Lydia is survived by her husband of 12 years, Salvador Rodriguez, whom she met while working as a scaffold builder;  her children, JoRay Horacio Ozuna, Sylvia Blanca Ozuna, and Cassandra Marie Ozuna; mother, Blanche Charles; father, Joe Martinez; siblings, Valerie Guardado (Roy), Carol Hernandez (Gary), Isabel Villarreal (Noe), Norma Hernandez (Cindy Yzaguirre), Esmeralda Fonseca (Gabriel), Joey Martinez (Charlette), Alex Martinez (Leeann), Simon Martinez (Sun), and Jesse Casiano; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, January 2, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port; with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM.  Services will conclude at 9:00 PM and a cremation will follow.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
